Vytvořeno ve Studiu Midian. Samostatně stojící trojkřídlá patrová budova situovaná v ulici Svatováclavská v Uherském Hradišti. Objekt byl vystavěn v letech 1926-1929 podle projektu Františka Šnajdra a kolaudován 14.6.1929. Budova je vybavena monumentální vstupní částí, vyzdobenou sochařem Jaroslavem Horejcem.
